Community priorities
The community identifies what they need, and we build the project around those priorities.
About us
Bringing together student volunteers to support Native communities through projects based on community needs.
Our story
Indigenous Future Coalition is a student-led organization based in the Bay Area that works with Native communities through education, STEM, engineering, technology, and community-led projects.
We work directly with tribes, tribal education departments, and Native organizations to understand where student support could be useful. Each community can decide what type of support would be most helpful, and we will build the project around that.
Starting a project
The community identifies what they need, and we build the project around those priorities.
We work together to decide what the project should look like and what support would be most useful.
Our volunteers contribute their skills through tutoring, STEM, engineering, and other areas.

Co-Founder
Lucas works to expand educational opportunities by connecting students, volunteers, and Native communities through Indigenous Futures Initiative. He helps build relationships with tribal partners, understand community needs, and develop mentorship, STEM, and educational initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for students and communities.
Co-Founder
Aiden is committed to expanding educational opportunity while helping Native communities preserve the stories, knowledge, and experiences they want carried forward. His experience working with Mark Rober’s CrunchLabs to help launch Crunch Club has shaped his approach to creating accessible, student-centered STEM opportunities. He also helps lead the Initiative’s Legacy Project, working with community members to preserve their memories through oral history, interviews, and the creation of personalized legacy books. Aiden believes lasting impact begins with listening, trust, and supporting communities with resources they identify as valuable.
Co-President
Solomon is committed to expanding educational opportunity and using technology, mentorship, and storytelling to help communities preserve and share what matters to them. His experience as a teaching assistant with Art of Problem Solving, where he guided gifted students through mathematics, has shaped his belief that learning is most meaningful when students feel supported and challenged. He has also mentored younger students through debate, youth leadership, and community outreach. As Co-President of the Indigenous Futures Initiative, Solomon hopes to bring these experiences together by building meaningful relationships and helping create educational projects that respond to what Native communities identify as valuable.
